All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of receipt and payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Free standard shipping on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on location and carrier rates.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control may occur.
All peptide products are shipped in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product integrity. Insulated packaging with appropriate cold packs is included at no additional charge.
A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
We currently ship within the United States only. All shipments comply with applicable federal and state regulations. PISTIS PepLab Research reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate our research-use-only policy.
If your package arrives damaged or is reported lost by the carrier, please contact us within 72 hours of the expected delivery date at pistispeplabresearch@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Due to the nature of research peptides, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
